Classic and modern chic: The Chiavari Chair. Originating in the 1800's in the small village of Chiavari, near the city of Genoa, Italian wood workers sculpted this chair from wood. Yes, Italians, but don't hold that against the chairs. 

Our Chiavari chairs are solid wood, no plastic. That means, they’re harder to transport, heavier to carry, larger to move, but we don’t mind. We prefer it.
