Universal Rental and Events is the best company to work with! Tommy and his crew were so wonderful and helped me along every step of the way to make sure my wedding day was perfect. Couldn’t have had as beautiful of a day without them and their services! We got our tent, tables, chairs, and table cloths all from Universal and I will be using them for all events in the future!

We recently had a party during the weekend of high winds, hail, tornadoes and power outages. Tom and his crew went above and beyond to make it happen. They not only put the tent up on a Wednesday, they came back on Friday to take it all down due to the weather forecast, to return Sat. AM to put it all back up and bring a generator knowing we were still without power. They were awesome to work with!

Universal went above and beyond with service and accommodating my tent rental request. They provided lights, tables, chairs and linens at my last minute request. They set up quickly without disturbing my lawn, made sure I was happy before they left and clean up happened quickly and quietly. I'd highly recommend them for any party rental needs, they were professional, courteous and had excellent pricing compared to others around St Louis. They are locally owned and I always support these businesses. Awesome job and I'll definitely use them again.
