We were contracted to execute an event in Webster Groves to and provide Tenting, Staging, Chairs, Tables, Heaters to support over 220 guests as the hospital beam placement was observed and celebrated. 

We were contracted by Rockwell to provide tenting, walls, and doors for their iconic South City Beergarten in the park for the winter season. 

Build-A-Bear had a large outdoor event in the parking lot of their downtown headquarters, and we were contracted to provide layouts and execute tenting, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, fans, and PA Speakers/Microphone for their event.

This was a first - a last minute, just weeks notice, hundreds of guests, 15 tents, hundreds of chairs, a hundred tables, coolers, stock tanks, trash cans, this was all-in. 

This is it, one of our most common requests. A 20 x 40 Foot tent (or two) one or two dozen tables, hundred or so chairs. An employee appreciation BBQ that we love to partner with.
